Hamburger Steak

Fresh hamburger is hand-formed daily, lightly seasoned, grilled, and topped with grilled onions and gravy.  We serve our hamburger medium well/well done.     ​                                                              $8.50

Plate:  Three scoops of made-from-scratch chicken salad paired with your choice of two sides.  Served with your choice of Captain's Wafers or Saltines.         $7.00

Bowl:  A bed of lettuce with three scoops of made-from-scratch chicken salad served with a slice of tomato and your choice of Captain's Wafers or Saltines.                                                                               $5.75                               

Flounder

Our wild-caught filets are hand breaded and cooked to order.  Please note that these filets tend to be boneless, however still be careful.       $9.75

Boneless Pork Chop

Whole pork tenderloin are hand-cut daily, breaded, fried to a golden brown, then smothered in brown gravy until fork tender.                                          $8.50

Beef Tips

Hand-cut, choice sirloin is lightly seasoned and marinated for 48 hours then served with grilled green peppers and onions.                                            $9.50

Hand-cut boneless pork chops are served either fried or grilled to a golden brown with grilled onions and peppers.
